Anyone can learn to meditate if they wish.

I have zippy energy and calm isn’t a natural state for me. I don’t practice meditation in the traditional sitting lotus position and I won’t teach you that way either. I practice armchair meditation.

Many of the techniques I teach are best done in a recliner. I can teach anyone to meditate if they’re willing to put the time and effort in.

Anyone can become an armchair meditator.
