Meditate with purpose

This mini-course and ongoing meditation challenge reviews the impact and benefits of group meditation on the participants and in the participants' environment - the home, the neighbourhood, the city, the country, the world, the galaxy. The practice of these frequency raising meditations create a ripple effect that raises our collective frequency and levels up our energies into higher states of evolution and expansion. These meditations are suited for any stage of awakening.
If you are new to meditation, the natural progression from here would be registering for my 21 Day Meditation Practice and from there progressing to the 8 Day Meditation Practice.
