This mini course will progress from the Benefits of Meditation mini course and translate the known benefits of meditation into identifiable, tangible and measurable benefits for the workplace.
The natural progression here would be registering for my 21 Day Meditation Practice and from there progressing to the 8 Day Meditation Challenge.
