A disturbance or problems which interrupt an event, activity, or process; Radical change to an existing industry or market due to technological innovation.
Most people by now are aware we’re living in an era of disruption with no end in sight. And all around us we see leadership struggling to cope with the new challenges.
For examples, see how COVID created an immediate need for working from home and workers delivered. See how executives are making the case for returning to the office. See the Great Resignation. See Cable TV and Netflix. Remember Blockbuster? See the discussions of managed retreat of people from coastlines. You get the idea.
We can support our leadership in consciousness by using meditation.
We know meditation reduces emotions thereby allowing clearer thinking to surface which creates the environment where new ideas and solutions may materialize.
The beauty here is, we don’t have to agree with the leadership to do this.
Meditating and getting to that place of connectedness with The All That Is and then sending that wave of love out to the world will do more to uplift our leadership than sending out the vibes of angry, hateful thoughts.
This is not to say we shouldn’t critique leadership. Quite the contrary. However, the challenges that our civilization is facing and the change that will be required of us to solve them requires an intervention in consciousness.
The practice of getting to the most relaxed state one can achieve and the highest frequency one can reach and then sending those waves of love out into the world is the soothing balm that will assist the leaders in tackling the challenges and give them the courage to implement the changes needed.
The esoteric nugget here is: every person meditating is contributing to that healing, uplifting consciousness.
So I ask you my fellow meditators, please join me in sending #loveandlight to our leaders and utilize these word cues in #meditation so we can lift consciousness so we can see the unfoldment of solutions for #healing the challenges our civilization faces.
