All you need for the type of meditation I teach beginners is a chair. Truly, you could do this type of meditation in your car, sitting outside, or in a hammock. Ideally, for these types of sessions, it is best to allow your legs to be uncrossed so the energy can flow smoothly.
The natural progression from here would be registering for my 21 Day Meditation Challenge, then from there progressing to the 8 Week Meditation Practice and then progressing to the 365 Day Worthiness Alignment.
