This mini course will cover how to make affirmations actually work for you, without fail.

The natural progression here would be registering for my 21 Day Meditation Practice and from there progressing to the 8 Day Meditation Challenge. 


These practices will support you in developing stronger stillness and strengthening your ability to go deeper into the present now moment.  And those practices will increase the results of your affirmation practice. 

Meditation is a practice that builds upon itself.  The more frequent your practice and the longer your sessions the more benefits you'll experience. Meditation has a cumulative effect.  And likewise with your affirmation practice.  The two different practices will impact each other.  It has a looping effect.

The real spiritual progress of the aspirant is measured by the extent to which he achieves inner tranquility.
