There are several ways to describe what's energetically happening in the world right now.

Energetic hygiene. Energetic maintenance. Increasing your capacity for streaming high frequency through your nervous system. Practicing light techniques will naturally upgrade your system.

I encourage you to watch this video. A couple of items to clarify: It is not just a "2025" thing; it is an ongoing event. And blue light isn't gamma energy. Energetic Blue Light is Ultraviolet Energy. If it is Gamma Energy, it is Rose Gold Energetic Light. Other than that, the video has good info.

So, what happens if you don't do anything and just rely on external light upgrades? Have you ever watched 4x4ing videos? Now imagine that energetically. It will be a bumpy and slow ride. Fun when you're 4x4ing, not so much when energetically upgrading.

What if you enjoy low vibes and don't want to raise your frequency? Well, we all have free will and we can make those choices. You would see increased irrationality, increased anxiety, increased depression, greater difficulty in regulating emotions, increased physical health challenges, and more difficulty with cognitive functioning.

Can we block this energy? What if we did geoengineering (chemtrails)? No, geoengineering won't block the incoming energy. It is a natural, organic high frequency energy, and we can't shield it. Yes, I'm aware the Anunnaki used gold in their atmosphere to protect their planet. Using a mix of metals in ours won't protect us from solar vibrations.

Can advanced beings block or slow the incoming energy? Apparently, yes. Will they? Maybe. Is it guaranteed? I wouldn't count on it.
