This mini-course and practice can be used by complete beginners. It is designed to build upon the 21 Day Meditation Challenge and Learn to Meditate mini-courses. Meditation has compounding effects. Regular practice will enable you to slip right into the advanced practices I teach with ease.
The natural progression from this practice would be the 365 Day Worthiness Alignment, then proceeding to the Soul Work 101 course and then my Mental Jumpstart Program if it resonates with you.
