8 Week Meditation
This mini course and practice can be used by complete beginners. It is designed to build upon the 21 Day Meditation Practice.
Meditation has compounding effects. Regular practice will enable you to slip right in to the advanced practices I teach with ease.
After this course the natural progression would be registering for the Soul Work 101 mini course and then following that with my Mental Jumpstart Program.
