This mini course and practice can be used by complete beginners.  I've designed it in mind for those that wish to advance to the Soul Work 101 mini course and the Mental Jumpstart Program. The guided meditations taught here are the foundation for my more advanced classes.

Meditation has compounding effects.  Regular practice will enable you to slip right in to the advanced practices I teach with ease.

The natural progression from this practice would be the 8 Week Meditation Practice.
